San José, Costa Rica, lies in a valley surrounded by big mountains that shape its identity but remain disconnected from the daily life of its citizens. The absence of a cable car system limits access to panoramic viewpoints, rural communities, and potential eco-tourism hubs. This proposal envisions an aerial transit network that redefines mobility, equity, and spatial experience.
