This project was developed around the client’s clear vision: a refined blend of traditional Arabian majlis culture with the warmth and material richness of Kerala interiors.

The spatial layout reflects the openness and hospitality of a classic majlis, while natural timber tones, textured finishes, and subtle craftsmanship draw from Kerala’s architectural language. Detailing is restrained, allowing proportion, symmetry, and atmosphere to define the space rather than ornament.

Warm, layered lighting enhances intimacy and highlights the dialogue between both cultures.

The result is a calm, contemporary interior where Arabian hospitality meets Kerala’s grounded material character — seamlessly and without excess.
