STUDIO KONDE Konrad Idaszewski Architekt is a contemporary architecture and interior design practice based in Poznań, Poland, led by architect Konrad Idaszewski. STUDIO KONDE approaches each house as an individual response to its location and the needs of its future inhabitants. The design process considers not only the appearance of the building, but also its functional organization, natural lighting, views, privacy, circulation and the way in which individual rooms connect with terraces, gardens and the surrounding landscape.

The studio’s architecture combines simple geometric forms with carefully considered material compositions. Concrete, timber, steel, brick and large areas of glazing are used according to the character of each project rather than as stylistic signatures. Archetypal geometries are often reinterpreted through contemporary details, creating buildings that are distinctive while remaining integrated with their surroundings.

Alongside architecture, the studio develops interior projects as an integral part of its design process. Interiors are conceived in relation to the architecture itself, with attention to proportions, natural light, materials, textures and continuity between individual spaces. This approach allows the building, interior and landscape to be developed as one coherent architectural environment.
