This project envisions a cooperative residential complex of 25 buildings planned for the Gotse Delchev region of Bulgaria. Designed with a strong Brutalist exterior and interiors inspired by Eastern European aesthetics, the development reflects a cultural approach rooted in the area’s architectural identity.
Each residence is thoughtfully planned as a spacious 4+1 home, complemented by a private pool, while the complex also includes two dedicated social facilities to enhance community living. The design embraces the bold, geometric character of Brutalist architecture, while integrating regional influences to create a distinctive and culturally resonant living environment.
