Project for a private client on a plot within a rural property, designed to host family and friends on their farm. The project consists of a building dedicated to relaxation, social gatherings, and interaction, providing the necessary spaces for a comfortable and extended stay.
Responsibilities:
-Autonomous project for private client
-Responsible for research, concept and project development
-Produced all drawings and images presented here
-Proposal for a new building constructed from scratch
-Is included here six large suites to accommodate up to eighteen people, a central garden, party room, kitchen, pantry, service area, barbecue area, fireplace and deck that extends around the building.
-Softwares used: Autocad, Sketch-Up and Redraw-Estimated construction cost: AUD $2,000,000
